SHI sponsors an Indigenous Fashion Show during Celebration that is open to Native American, First Nations, Indigenous, and Alaska Native artists and designers. Preference is given to high-fashion and haute couture pieces that display innovative use of traditional Indigenous styles and materials. First held in 2016, the fashion show has quickly become one of the most popular features of Celebration.

Prior to the fashion show, SHI will host a model training workshop, dress rehearsals, and fittings.
